We use this data only to prepare your moving quote, organise the move, and contact you about your booking. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber, your messages are processed on the servers of the respective providers. Please refer to their privacy policies for details on how they handle your data.
5. Storage period
We store your data only as long as necessary for the purpose of the move and to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax and accounting laws).
